You can get to Santa Margherita either by train or by car.

 

The train station is in the city centre and can be accessed with connecting trains from Genoa and Pisa airports,

and directly from Milano Centrale.

If you prefer to drive, Santa Margherita is a 2.5h drive from Torino Caselle, Milano Malpensa, and Linate airports,

1.5h from Pisa Galileo Galilei, and 1h from Genova.
